2025 AES International Conference on Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion

The inaugural AES Conference on Diversity, Equity, Inclusion, and Accessibility will bring together a diverse community of academics, audio professionals, industry veterans, and advocates dedicated to advancing these values in the audio industry and beyond. By convening experts committed to fostering equity and inclusivity, this conference offers a unique platform for exploring and elevating critical discussions on gender equity, access, representation, and the participation of underrepresented and marginalized groups in audio and related fields. This gathering aims to inspire meaningful change, promote cross-disciplinary collaboration, and amplify the voices and contributions of those driving progress toward a more inclusive future in audio.

    • “Know before you go” email. 

    • Shared PowerPoint resting slides in regular sessions.  

    • AES produced signage at the event. 

    • Inclusion in: 

    • At least 1 social media post thanking all sponsors of the event in the weeks leading up to the event. 

    • A “sponsor email” to registered attendees the week prior to the event following the event thanking them for supporting AES and The International Conference on Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning for Audio. Sponsor will provide a PNG image,100 words about their company, and a linking URL. 

    • Flyer or giveaway for attendees. AES will provide a table where attendees may pick up swag near registration. Items should be brought with you to the event for placement. 

    • Recognition in program as Banquet AND Drinks Reception sponsor 

    • 3 full conference registrations. 

    • Up to 4 additional conference registrations may be purchased for 25% off. 

    • 1 table in a shared exhibition space.
