You can place pop-up banners, high-top tables, and lounge furniture along the wall outside the demo room. The decorator offers all these options for rent.
Banners may not extend into your neighbor's external space. For side by side rooms, demos will be scheduled in an alternating format to minimize bleed through between rooms.
All demo rooms receive (8) all access passes and (15) exhibit-only badges. Additionally, you receive 50 FREE registrations to share with prospects and customers. A code will be generated through MYS for the free registration badges.

Lanyards - $10,000
With an anticipated 10,000+ attendees for the 2025 Show, AES will order lanyards to include our logo along with one sponsor logo. Lanyards will be provided with badges at registration every day of the event. Don't miss this opportunity for logo placement on every attendee!
Volunteer T-shirts - $2,750
AES Volunteers assist throughout the convention directing traffic to the expo and educational sessions, at registration, and more. Each volunteer wears a brightly colored t-shirt to identify them as an AES Volunteer.
The 2025 t-shirt color is TBD to match our branding. One sponsor can have their logo placed on the back of the shirt.
Sponsored Speaking Opportunities - $3,000
Sponsored Speaking Opportunities will take place in room 203C just outside the exhibit hall. Signage each day will indicate the times for each session and the company featured. All sessions and speakers will be added to the online schedule. This room will include carpet, drape, a stage and risers. Max seating is 120 for theater style. Sponsored speaking opportunities will be 45-minutes with a 15-minute buffer to allow for Q&A and to recess the room allowing the next speaker, if there is one right behind you, to come in and prepare. The location for these sessions is TBD.
NEW! Ice Cream Social - $2,750
Join us on opening day of the show as our Ice Cream Social Sponsor! One company will be promoted as the Official sponsor of the Ice Cream Social in the AES booth in the afternoon on opening day. Sponsor name and/or logo will appear everywhere the social is promoted.
Sponsor will receive a cocktail round in the AES booth during the social to display materials and may send a representative to interact with attendees during the social.
