2025 AES International Conference on Headphone Technology

More than 300 million pairs of headphones will be sold this year and people are using headphones everywhere. The popularity of ‘smart’ and ‘wearable’ devices has driven developments in low power processors and sensors that are enabling the augmentation of headphones with features more typically associated with hearing aids. A future convergence is possible. This conference will assemble leading researchers and practitioners across all forms of headworn hearing technology to chart the future course of headphones.

Sponsorship Options

ALL PACKAGES WILL BE PRICED IN USD. 

Anticipated attendance is 150-250 

    • 6-foot table, 2 chairs. 

    • Lunch sponsor for one day. Choose day 1, day 2, or day 3 at contract signing. Lunch sponsor recognized from the podium and on signage at the lunch stations. 

    • Logo inclusion on AES (Audio Engineering Society) event website. 

    • Inclusion in at least one social media post thanking all sponsors of the event in the weeks leading up to the event. 

    • Logo inclusions on 'Know Before You Go' email.  

    • Logo inclusion on shared PowerPoint resting slides in all sessions (Depending on the size and scale of the event, all logos may appear on one slide OR there may be a slide for each level)

    • Logo inclusion on event signage produced by AES. 

    • Inclusion in a “sponsor email” to registered attendees the week prior to the event, inviting them to visit these sponsors onsite and thanking them for supporting AES and XYZ event. Sponsor will provide a PNG image, 100 words about their company, and a linking URL. 

    • Flyer or giveaway for attendees: AES will provide a table near registration where attendees can pick up swag. Items should be brought to the event for placement. 

    • 2 full conference registrations.  

    • Up to 3 additional conference registrations may be purchased for 25% off.

    • 6-foot table, 2 chairs. 

    • Coffee will be available for two days of the conference. As the coffee sponsor, select day 1 or day 2 and you will receive signage at the coffee stations.  

    • Logo inclusion on AES (Audio Engineering Society) event website. 

    • Inclusion in at least one social media post thanking all sponsors of the event in the weeks leading up to the event.
