Available Sponsorships

    • Table, 2 chairs 

    • Logo inclusion on AES (Audio Engineering Society) event website. 

    • Inclusion in at least one social media post thanking all sponsors of the event in the weeks leading up to the event. 

    • Logo inclusions on “know before you go” email.  

    • Logo inclusion on shared PowerPoint resting slides in all sessions. (Depending on the size and scale of the event, all logos may be on one slide OR we may have a slide for each level.) 

    • Logo inclusion on AES produced signage at the event.  

    • Flyer or giveaway for attendees. AES will provide a table where attendees may pick up swag near registration. Items should be brought with you to the event for placement. 

    • 2 conference registrations.

    • Inclusion in a “sponsor email” to registered attendees the week prior to the event inviting attendees to visit these sponsors onsite and thanking them for supporting AES and XYZ event. Sponsor will provide an image PNG, 100 words about their company, and a linking URL. 

    • Flyer or giveaway for attendees. AES will provide a table where attendees may pick up swag near registration. Items should be brought with you to the event for placement. 

  • Sponsor the bus transporting 50 people from Warsaw proper to the studios. Package includes: 
     

    • Logo inclusion on AES (Audio Engineering Society) event website. 

    • Inclusion in at least one social media post thanking all sponsors of the event in the weeks leading up to the event. 

    • Logo inclusions on “know before you go” email.  

    • Logo inclusion on shared PowerPoint resting slides in all sessions. (Depending on the size and scale of the event, all logos may be on one slide OR we may have a slide for each level.)
