By popular demand, AES's flagship U.S. industry event has found its new home in Nashville — now the epicenter of the music, entertainment, technology and pro-audio world, drawing attendees and companies from across the country.

2027 takes the new event even further, with expanded education and experience rooms, a larger exhibits area, special focused pre-con workshops and a second purpose-built loudspeaker/line array full rig demonstration venue.

Exhibitors benefit from lower costs, non-union labor, a discounted venue room block, and affordable nearby hotels. The exhibit floor is built to educate, inspire, and demonstrate the latest methods and workflows.

The exhibit floor's Main Stage opens with a keynote event, followed by panels, interviews, workshops, and appearances by industry friends. Also on the floor: the Showcase Theater, where exhibitors present products, workflows, and expert advice — plus our Education and Careers Fair. Together with the biggest brands in the industry, it will welcome thousands of attendees.

You can place pop-up banners, high-top tables, and lounge furniture along the wall outside the demo room. The decorator offers all these options for rent.

Banners may not extend into your neighbor's external space. For side by side rooms, demos will be scheduled in an alternating format to minimize bleed through between rooms.

All demo rooms receive (8) all access passes and (15) exhibit-only badges. Additionally, you receive 50 FREE registrations to share with prospects and customers. A code will be generated through MYS for the free registration badges.
